I start a game, really nice I had hacking 3 good lasers and 1 stun i didn't had the teleport the boss hack my weapons after i hacked his shields i go away and fight again, he (again) hack my weapons i finish the phase with 4hp phase2: I lost 0 hp phase3: rekt by no luck; 4 missiles hit me with maximal doge and a anti missiles drone. 1. 4 Ion Stunner 3. Merchant docked with Lanius. Dont get the chain ion if you already have the ion cannon it's 3 times the power req, same damage as regular ion, 3 times slower to shoot until it chains. Wow, I really like the Advanced Edition! But in the boss fight I got instantly doomed when it attached a hacking drone to my weapon system. Merc [] Has randomised crew instead of its faction's crew. Allows you to send your crew-members to board enemy vessels. During the fight I sent two of my crew to the med bay because I figured that they could be healed between hacks. Sectors are zones in FTL: Faster Than Light, each containing between 19 and 24 beacons. With a little support and good defense, you can crew kill most ships much better with higher level MC. Heals all crew-members within the Medbay room. I'm sure there are other good boarding augments, and there are even general-purpose ones that are more suited to certain builds than most of the ones listed here.
